"Ask alot of questions . get everything in writting before commiting."

What don't you like about working at InLine?

"We are extremely understaffed. Management thinks that anyone who can spell network can do the job."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Do not always point out the negative. Give credit where credit is due."

"I loved the troubleshooting of the devices in the NOC . Very rewarding skill set and full of action."

"No I don't have anything to say bad about this place other than the phones"

What don't you like about working at Bank of America?

"We were on the phone all of the time and that is not what I am good at doing."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"For my skill set it is better that I am put on hard project all the time."
