"It was a great work environment. I learned a lot about web developing that is invaluable, and I met a lot of people who impacted my life in more ways than I can count. Overall, it was a great work environment, one of those jobs that I could not wait to get to every day."

"Be honest about yourself. Be confident and be relaxed. Know that it is not only how good you are as a worker. It's also how much they feel like working with you."

What don't you like about working at Walt Disney Company?

"I was an intern, and the company has a maximum 7 month hiring policy. I didn't like the fact that regardless of how good I was and how much I enjoyed the job, I could not stay after 7 months."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"I had a great manager. He was instructive but not imposing. He was funny and relaxed, but he also demanded the highest quality of performance. My only suggestion was that I wish I was guided a bit more when I first started the position. There were times when I didn't quite know what I had to do. Thankfully that was resolved quickly."

"I like the type of business, company's reputation, opportunities, facilities, location, general environment, reputation, and benefits."

"As usual, it's WHO you know. Otherwise, it's very difficult to get an interview there, NO matter what your qualifications are."

"There are more politics than expected, even though I can handle. Otherwise, I really do not have a serious reason not to work there."

"Be better educated and care about people. Listen more and do more for people."

"There is not too much not to like, other than it's a large corporation."
