"It is a very busy and high pressure workplace with a lot of contractors being used."

"There were two many mid level manages under too many vice presidents."

"Upper management does a great job keeping the division healthy so no real suggestions."

"Working third shift was not always the most fun. I consider myself a people person and not too many people are there at 4 a.m."

"I would suggest more growth opportunities. Challenge people. Have more training and more pay. Fire crappy people."

"The volatility of the entertainment industry is a concern because of the impact it can have on employees."

"I would suggest clear communication and expectations for the employee. Touch base to make sure that the employee is meeting the expectations set."

"The regulations made sales difficult, but the reasons were totally understandable and made us work harder to generate business."

"Until the company was sold by Disney, work life was good. However, the new owners slowly but surely dismantled the business."

"I have none at this point, but in dissolving all the specialty companies, they have had hard times financially."

"1) It's not manufacturing - I like making things. 2) The company is so large that change is very, very slow and difficult to achieve."
