"It was a busy and yet fun work environment. I loved shadowing the different youth group programs Disney Youth Markets offers to high school students and youth groups. I felt like I belonged because even as an intern, I was able to share my ideas and be a part of a productive team."

"Unfortunately my internship was for 6 months, so I wished I could have spent more time with the other departments such as marketing."

"The corporate culture is VERY stiff."

"Try more team-orientated events to create a sense of team environment amongst the employees. The employees are OVER-competitive so that it becomes counterproductive."

"I didn't like the corporate red tape, committees, and number of endless meetings with 50-100 people weighing in on every tiny thing, as well as the corporate politics that are mind numbing."

"Disney management needs to focus on streamlining its endless amount of corporate bureaucracy."

"I loved working as a team with all of the other workers. The AP was over 70 people and working in the different areas was a big plus."

"Once you are in, it's great! But if you are looking for growth, it may not be there."

"Growth opportunities were slow. I was working with folks who had given 30 years to the company and had not moved or been promoted once!"

"They need to develop a better way of offering growth to their rank and file."

"Just realize that this will be your new life. You will not have a life other than work."

"I didn't like the poor treatment of employees, and the poor living/working conditions. Pay vs. work was unbalanced. You work 90-100 hours a week but only get paid for 40."

"Work on your people skills. Realize that a happy employee is a productive employee."
