"I worked for Walmart since 2018 and since I have been in the company I have been treated with respect and have so much opportunity to grow. They are very understanding if you need to call out or will be late. Customers are always nice and management are very nice as well. A recommended place to work for anyone wanting a foot in the door or somewhere to move up."
"Great job as long you are willing to travel and stay in hotels."
"I do not believe the company cares about its employees or customers. That, in my eyes, is very bad customer service all around. The cashiers, including myself, try to stay as positive as we can for our customers, but we constantly hear the bad things about the store the customers do NOT like. Customers have mentioned to me they will be finding an alternate place to do their shopping because they can see the way the company treats their workers."
"Walmart is a subpar company in regards to employee satisfaction. The pay isn’t enough for the amount of work done. It could improve, but the employee benefits aren’t that great either."
"I had a great work experience with the company."
"Awesome opportunity to create impact through innovative products at scale . Company vision is great and culture is awesome."
"Excellent place to work, nice environment too"
"Progressive and cutting-edge; good coworkers and company perks; but the company needs a better on-boarding process for newcomers."
"I've been working with the current company since 2019. The environment, work culture and relationship with co-workers is really good here."
"I’ve worked for WalMart for 7 years. I have been able to grow a lot because of WalMart. I am currently running remodel projects with this company and pursuing my masters degree. Walmart has a lot of opportunity for success and they help you grow and get to where you want to be career wise."
"I am confident with the attitude to get things done."
"I ve worked in Walmart since 2016 and reinvent 20 stories and help team increase results."
"The job does not respect your personal time. Whenever you have off days, they blow you up and expect you to make things happen when you are trying to enjoy time with your family."
"I think the management is very helpful for the most part, but the pay is honestly lousy."
"I've worked for Walmart, Inc. and decided to part ways because it was not as expected for work ethic and drive. If you care about making a difference then this is not the place for you."
