"I worked for Vitas hospice for two years and it was great. The nurses, the management and then about six months ago about a year ago they got a new general manager for the financial side in about six months ago they got a new general manager for the clinical side and things have declined -from their micro management -to corporate totally corporate ways and feel. I have seen so many great great team nurses and great managers step out of the way in the last year due to management new management. In the past with my immediate supervisor team later I would’ve had excellent comments with all the changes there’s nothing to say but to go get a new job"
