"I liked the opportunity to learn the cellular industry and being able to work with phones, PDAs, and aircards hands on. The pay was good also."
What don't you like about working at Verizon Wireless?
"I dislike the hours of the industry. Things are based on seniority. In my two years working, my seniority went down instead of increasing, because a few call centers were closed and the employees relocated to the Greenville call center. For those two years I worked almost every holiday from either volunteering or being drafted."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Management was under most of the same guidelines as the support reps."
