Ubiquiti Networks Employee

"I’ve worked for Ubiquiti Networks for over 2 years. The perks are great, and that’s what keeps you around. Communication across the entire organization is poor. You need to feel comfortable working with little to no direction of the company vision or expectations. Every 6-12 months they let go of several employees who are underperforming, most of which received no prior communication that they were not meeting expectations. Job security is never there and you always feel like your skating on thin ice."

"Ubiquiti was a great company that provided a great work/life balance. They had a great work environment that allowed people to get their work done on their time. It was a structure of do your job and do it well and there will be no issues. There is not a very set hierarchy but everyone knew what they needed to get done and how they could get that done."
