"I dislike the back-stabbing and the ability to be thrown under the bus and to be tossed away like it was no big deal, just to make the profit margin grow in the branch manager's favor."

"Treat the lawns still as fast as possible, but take care of the lawn properly."

"Be prepared to have decreased commission for your work, and also, to work in poor conditions."

"The managers could never show you where the commission was or why you did not receive the commission for your work that week. Also, unsafe practices were everywhere."

"Become a little more professional and organized. Fix company vehicles and be a little more cautious and safe at the workplace."
