"I worked at TruGreen Corporate for about 6 months, before the split with ServiceMaster. All in all, I love my team and my supervisor. They are fantastic people. Company culture is pretty nice! However, if you work here, be prepared to take on a lot of responsibility in terms of your work load and everything else that needs to be done, for not the compensation of doing as much as you will do. I am burned out, so that is why I'm job hunting. However, thank you for the experience, TruGreen. :)"

What don't you like about working at TruGreen?

"I dislike working 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. six days a week, and management wants longer hours."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Treat people as people, and not as inferior. Employees can't be reprimanded on a day-to-day routine."
