"I disliked the manner the employees were treated with. I also did not appreciate that many laws were not abided by because there was never an example set in place."

Toys R Us is a very fair company to work for and they do reward the associates on a monthly basis with contests and when the department exceeds their goals. "I don't like the fact that I don't always perform the job I was hired to perform, but I do like to learn other aspects of the department that I was hired in."

"My managers need to learn to communicate with each other so they are on the same page. One will tell you to do something and then the other will come along and tell you something else entirely."
