"I have worked as a technical recruiter for 18 months. In my time here I was put in a fast paced environment and through grit dedication and ingenuity found success here. The leadership keeps you from going insane but they don't necessarily set you up for success. You have to have ambition and drive to do well here. People are all around very nice here which is good"
"Don't waste your referrals. I referred one of my employees to TEKsystems based on their promise for a referral fee. They placed my former employee with a company (for which I am pleased), however, despite numerous contacts with them, they still have not paid their referral fee as promised. It is now been over a year. Their promise for a referral fee is bogus."

"Freedom to grow exponentially all the time. Most of the time I was at AT&T/Bellsouth, but I still had so many things I could grow into."

"The sky is the limit! You can grow quickly by doing consulting and you get to work on all kinds of great progressive projects."
What don't you like about working at TEKsystems?
"I missed having benefits. That put financial burdens on my family."

"Offer a good benefits package after so many years of employment as a contractor."
"OK but stagnant, and work too hard for not enough $."

"It is a very hard and thorough process, prepare to be there for a long time."

"Management is overbearing and only a select few get opportunities."

"Rely on your people and deliver on your promises you make."

"It was a place to start while just out of the US Coast Guard. The contract was pleasant and professional."

"The pay and benefits were uneven. The pay was low and the benefits very expensive. However, this was a contractor so this is to be expected."
