"Off-late this Company froze hiring process in IT department in the United States. So make sure to ask the organizations plan for the next five years, and how does this department fit in."

"I like everything about my current company. I highly respect the professionalism and judgment of my boss."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"I've worked with the best project managers. I learned a lot from them.They are good at setting goals and ensuring there is nothing stopping me from achieving them. They also gives good feedback. This is not always easy to take, but it usually is valid and useful."
