Technical Sales Associate at U.S. Horizon
in Valencia, CA

"I love the thrill of closing a new account or landing a huge sale. The rush you get from it is truly exhilarating and you get to meet new people and develop close relationships with them constantly. Sometimes it was difficult to sell as the technical side of things would take up a large chunk of my day, but it was rewarding to have people come to me with a problem that I was able to help them solve."

"Was a much better place to work for prior to W.L. Gore buying Adam Spence."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"If you are in the early years of your career this will be a good company, but if you are middle to upper management, you can expect a lot of changes."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Personally being in sales I do not work an 8 - 5 job I put many hours in on the road and at home, it's not fair to treat middle or upper management like hourly employees. I put in a min. of 60 hrs a week and still get my same pay every 2 weeks. I don't want to be treated better because of that just fairly."
