"I only worked for SCA for a short time, but in that time I loved my job and the work I was doing. It is the first time in years that I actually found a place that is committed to the developers and building an amazing development team. Most companies make promises of training and education, but SCA actually delivers on it. They are also very focused on making sure that projects are successful, delivered on time and keeping the business happy, but not by driving the developers into the ground but by correctly managing the projects and setting realistic expectations. I have worked for a lot of companies that tried to achieve the success that SCA has on this level and no one has even come close, either developers are overworked and burned out or the business is not happy with what is being delivered. SCA has found a way to balance not only keeping the business happy but the developers as well."
