"Be presentable, honest, knowledgeable and above all, kid friendly. Have a genuine smile on your face, in your voice and in your heart."

"The regulations made sales difficult, but the reasons were totally understandable and made us work harder to generate business."

"I can think of no suggestions to improve on what was a most pleasurable experience."

"The people are what make any business go. They are the fuel and the structure of any successful company!"

"No matter how technical something is, always remember advertising and marketing is a people business. Relationships matter!"

"The only thing I do not like is when a new client does not know who we are and what we can do for their company"

"The people and challenges within the industry. The relationships and interactions that took place. The companies ability to allow my leadership to develop and multitask my priorities in order to develop a successiful team."

"Just open and honest about your desires and needs, and to realize that you ahve the ability to accomplish anything."
What don't you like about working at US Airways?
"When it was America West is was a great experience, culture and the people were amazing. When the company took over US Airways it grew from 10000 people to over 40000 people and many upper management as well as employees were effected. The effectes were either transfers and reassignments or layoffs. The culture changed and we started to develop a less proactive stance with all of our duties. Due tot he size and change we also developed more levels of management and increased requirements to complete certain tasks."

"Be more open and listen and do not let yourself forget where we can from and what we have had to do to get here."

"There is too much uncertainty around this company and business model and it is too reliant on a major airline carrying them."
