"Low pay. Extreme stress during abnormal operations(weather, eqipment problems)"

"Pay according to responsibilities. Of course theyy could not compete with other carriers if they did."

"I mostly enjoyed working with the employees and assisting the public."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Ask detail questions. Hertz has a track record for leaving very important information out."
What don't you like about working at Hertz?
"Management is not truthful. Hourly employees are treated as slaves and young children rather then free adults. HR personnel have lost their ability to empathize. The higher up the ladder one climbs the less professional the organization becomes. Racism, bigotry and nepotism run rampant."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"My suggest is very simple. Do what you say you are going do. Understand that employees are the back bone of every company. Treat them well."

"It probably has evolved a lot since I have left but operations management needed more administrative support."

"DHL was an employee friendly environment to work at. Everyone was important and ideas were listened to and rewarded if the idea was good for the company. Very good benefits and you could balance work and personal life."

"If you can get hired, you will be going through a reorganization."

"After buying Airborne Express, company became top heavy."

"Management had to make some very tough choices and the communication to the employees could have been better."

"Nothing. Do not waste your time with this company. No job security at all even if you work 30 years with this company, they don't appreciate it. You will get fired due to a bad score with a mystery shopper."

"No job security, low wages, have to work overtime with no overtime pay, lots of politics, area and territory managers are unfair."

"Have more compassion for your employees, especially the ones that have stayed with the company for a long time."

"Managers who do not lead should be fired or let go. Make contact with former managers who left the company, but want to come back to help lead FedEx into the future."
What don't you like about working at FedEx?
"Individuals who get promoted due to politics versus demonstrating strong leadership. Spending unnecessary amount of money on sales associates, who make their individuals goals. Expensive trips for sales department. The bz program never worked..."

"Stop promoting friends, political adventures, etc."
