"I’ve worked at State Street for less than a year. The work life balance can be challenging, and the overall feel of the firm is edgy and it’s been a challenge bringing people together to work on projects."

"I have joined State Street in May 2015 and found that it's a nice place to work which possesses a challenging technical arena to improve your skillset."

"I started at State Street in Finance in 2014 after having graduated college with a degree in Mathematics in discrete and abstract structures. It was here that I became fascinated with coding macros to automate processing of incoming trade volume. I left State Street in 2017 to join Launch Academy, a full-time, intensive education program for Full Stack Development. After graduating, I was rehired as a Software Developer by State Street to join their IT side! The end was April, 2020 for me and the note on which State Street and I parted couldn't have been a better bond. My team was very sad to see our team break apart and to go separate ways. I was given plenty of notice too. Fantastic company!!"

"State Street is fine. It's a corporate setting that uses primarily contractors - at least in my experience - and as a result has high turn over. Easy hire, easy release. Good company culture. Good and bad people, as with any large company."

"Statestreet is a global Financial company and I am working with Statestreet for past 2 years and I really like the company and the co workers. My manager says he is very impressed with my coding and technical skills. I got chance to lead the teams out of USA and got chance to improve my skillset as well."

"I have worked at State Street for many years. There has been many changes since I first started and it continues to evolve. You must continue to evolve to stay relevant. Upper management has many visions and the seem to change them often. It's hard to keep up and manage your team effectively as there is never enough money or resources. It's a great company to start out at. Excellent benefits."

"I’ve worked for State Street as a contractor for about a year now. I have enjoy working here with the privilege of flexible work hours. Unfortunately, I had to consider moving to another company closer to where my school is located. While they were nice enough to grant me flexibility, the travel schedule wouldn’t make me as efficient any more."
