"Company seems to be quietly going under. Plan on gaining experience not a career out of this company."

What don't you like about working at Springleaf Financial?

"The training is horrendous at best. How this company stays afloat with such a lack of proper training is beyond me; uneducated employees turn into uneducated managers."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Get some fresh blood running through the company. Too many stagnate employees incapable of running a branch left in the management trainee gray zone. If they can't pass the exams then they should be let go. If they are unable to run a branch then let them go. Too many chiefs; not enough indians."
