"I worked for Springleaf from 1990 to 2014. The people I worked with for the most part were nice. Upper management though would never do a good job to keep us informed.They added bonuses but kept adding additional qualifications to make it harder and harder to bonus, including the Branch Managers"

"The training is horrendous at best. How this company stays afloat with such a lack of proper training is beyond me; uneducated employees turn into uneducated managers."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Get some fresh blood running through the company. Too many stagnate employees incapable of running a branch left in the management trainee gray zone. If they can't pass the exams then they should be let go. If they are unable to run a branch then let them go. Too many chiefs; not enough indians."
