Production Worker

"The workplace culture was both relaxed and dynamic. There's almost always a work of art being produced and I appreciated the chance to get into the leather-working trade-craft for the first time. Unfortunately, while Specialized Saddles does offer reasonable pay for leather-working tasks, communication problems among the workers and supply-chain issues often led to frustrating setbacks and closures. A shortage of tools also didn't help either, and I often had to help out with computer-related issues outside of my job description. If you're looking for leatherworking experience and a regular paycheck, this is a great employer for the beginning craftsman. Just don't expect too much in terms of upward mobility, because there really isn't any."
