"With my most recent position I was given a lot of latitude to complete my projects. My supervisor backed up all of my decisions and even acted as a mentor. Due to that, I was allowed to experience the knowledge it took to run a project without much supervision."
"I love the work I do and wouldn't change a single project, but the travel, long hours and weeks or months away from home have taken a toll on me, my family and friendships."

"There are many things I liked about working for Changing World Technologies, but the thing I liked the most was the constant teamwork and brainstorming of group ideas to help the company achieve the best possible results."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"The only way to truly achieve greatness in a company is to be honest about who you are and not fabricate someone who you think the interviewers will like. The truth will always come out and its better to be honest now then lie and be in a tight jam down the road."

"One thing I did not like about working at Changing World Technologies was that great work and achievements were often left unrewarded and complimented."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"The management team at Changing World Technologies ran very well and efficiently, however, if I was to make one suggestion it would be to listen more to the lower end guys who would get their hands dirty and hear their ideas."

What do you like about working at Office Depot?
"I am able to work from home at times. Being able to work on my own schedule is a great benefit."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"I have no tips for interviewing. The best tip I can give you is to not apply with this company in the first place."
What don't you like about working at Office Depot?
"Over the years benefits have decreased, while the workload has increased. No pay increases for four of the last five years."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Listen to your base. We are in the field and hear what our customers want. Change will have to come from the base, not from the top. Most execs are completely out of touch with reality."

"Allowed to preform tasks as I feel they need to be handled. I enjoy working first hand with my clients and working with them to meet their expected goals and beyond."

"Wait until the company has modernized before working here. It is a great company with tons of potential; once it modernizes."
What don't you like about working at Tasco?
"The company is currently in a slump and is moving at a slow pace. It is difficult to find hard working and intelligent employees to hire in the area."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"I fell to succeed, the company would need to hire fewer employees at higher pay grades. The company would also need to modernize and focus more on acquiring new clients."
