"I’ve worked with Siemens PLM for over a year now as a C++ Software Developer Intern. I like that they trust me with harder tasks and I am doing a full-time developer’s worth of work. However, sometimes work can be monotonous and I would like to be given more flexibility and more freedom on the direction of solutions. Also, the managers should be more caring."
