"Too OLD, and old people normally don't welcome any new ideas. They assume their technology is the best, therefore blind with any new ideas and emerging technologies."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"The ex-EDS guys were a bunch of losers. That is why it was bought by UGS. But it funny that this company is now being actually managed by these losers"
