What don't you like about working at Shure Manufacturing?
"I enjoyed working there. I did not like the new upper management making uneducated decisions, not trusting their employee's input, and being completely unaware of any employee's true strengths and weaknesses. Associates annual reviews, when conducted, seemed to be treated as a must do burden on HR, but never actually read by management."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Stop being threatened by those you managed know something better than you. Instead of taking credit or brushing off what you do not understand, embrace the experience and knowledge of those who report to you. Managers do not need to know everything...they need to be good at managing their staff to help better the company and therefore the employees as a whole."
