"Show clear job title and career path. Explain clearly what is entailed when a frachise acquisition is made."

"no clear career path. Company can make an effort to tell SE that there is a progression in assignments."

"Define job assignments. Territories are not clearly defined. Transition from franchise is not clear."

"Very little company culture and very little growth available. Comp plan is average but not exceptional."

"Better support. Focus on building a company culture to prevent on going turnover."

"This was a very friendly environment, and one of the closest and supportive sales teams I have ever been a part of."

"Be sure to be aware of the area you will be selling in. Success is very much based on location."

"My time there was brief, as shortly after I started the company was acquired by a holding company, restructured for profitability, and eventual resale. Part of that restructuring involved reducing overhead by eliminating sales staff."

"I wish Shred It the best of luck in the future, and have no regrets of my time there."

"At the time of my employment I had to use my one credit cards at to keep the office running. Accounts payable paid vendors on your office AR. if the office was below 3% AR they paid vendors with in 45 days over 3% paid vendors in 60 days"
