"It's difficult to put everyone on a levelled playing field because of the nature of the industry and the different territory specifics. It's difficult to be objective and reward people according to their efforts."

"The management is already making improvement in several areas. Implementing a career ladder system as soon as possible will be beneficial."

"The leadership of the organization was in transition throughout my assignment so it's difficult to manage a significant acquisition having corporate personnel and systems in such transition"

"The executive team was being replaced during my assignment. Each executive was hiring their primary department head to run day-to-day operations."
