"I very much enjoy working with teams that are true to the scrum/Agile methodology. My least favorite part of being a Technical Project Manager is scope creep and changing requirements."

"If you have a good team, and committed leadership support, then it is rewarding and you can help an org make great achievements. If the team is weak (in any number of ways) or if there is leadership dysfunction, then the work can feel futile and achievements few and far between. Best advice is to check all idealistic expectations at the door and adjust to the realities (either positive or negative) of each project."
"Project Management as a discipline varies from company to company and the methodologies also vary which makes it difficult to meet expectations initially. Over time, trust can be won but it can be difficult also to achieve longevity based on the risk of continuous delivery. However, as one who appreciates complexity with technology, acting as a liaison with business, and working with talented Cross Functional Teams, there is nothing more fulfilling."

"Find another company - it has the repretation of being a sweat shop - they live up to it."
What don't you like about working at WellCare Health Plans?
"Abuse of the workers especially Age-Discrimnation, Always promoting people who are more interested in abusing workers then leading. Very verbal and sometimes physical abusive place to work and don't dare got to HR because you will be the one gone."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Learn true Leadership skill and don't confuse Abusiveness with Leadership"

"I like the culture, it's very open and supportive. There's also great compensation and benefits. There are expensive company parties and dinners."
