Please give us a one liner to describe this review.

"Stop thinking in the short term."

What do you like about working at VoltDelta?

"The corporate culture is decent, and the effort is there. There is definitely a trust in employees that is lacking elsewhere in the job sector. Professional growth opportunities are available to those willing to work for it, not necessarily those who deserve it."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Make sure to ask if there is any chance of career advancement in the company."

What don't you like about working at VoltDelta?

"Job stability is somewhat chaotic. There is a presiding cold logic of large corporations that makes the smaller player very vulnerable, even if they are in a profitable sector of the company. The stress factor is very variable, from barely any work to 24 hour stress, and this is entirely due to bad organization."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Management needs to rethink their assessment of company assets, and the old adage of bigger is better. Stick to what works, and improve it, instead of looking for cheaper ways of accomplishing exactly the same thing. Stop pleasing the stockholders in the short term for the long term viability of the company."
