"I had the opportunity to contribute to multiple tasks - Quality & Reliability Assessments, Customer Support, Research & Development, Process Innovation, Environmental, Supplier Management, Risk Management and Business Strategy. Gained respect from internal and external customers."

"Management by walking around and strictly enforcing milestones and contingency planning for on-time product delivery."

"As a Sr. Staff Scientist at QA, I had the opportunity to oversee all the aspects of Qualityu Assurance, Problem Solving , Customer Support and Risk Management. I learnt a lot and contributed significantly. It was gratifying to receive compliments from internal and external customers for timely responses, technical support and on-time completion of the projects."
What don't you like about working at Actel Corp.?
"There is nothing significant that I did not like. Minor differences in planning and operations were were discussed and resolved."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Actel is a well organized company. Information storage was excellent. The only suggestion that could be make is to place more focus on quality and relaibility through advanced testing and training the operators."
