"lack of career development. no real learnings or growth in skills and delivery during my tenure, limited use of my skills, siloed work delivery hamstringing innovation, creativity and growth. hazing and boys club culture creating barriers to success."

"enable remote employee inclusion, clearly define career tracks and provide discreet targets and goals for career progression, enable merit-based promotions and hires, facilitate org changes through appropriate change management."
