"lots of projects die. Lack of follow through. Does not let others help. Limited growth and learning opportunities."

"Too much work for only one person, Days of 10 and 11 hours are ok when its not 4 days of the week"

"There is little suggestion for the management. They need to consider to hire more developers and make them can backup each other."

"The speed of growth is extremely slow and sometimes the whole process put one's career in pause mode."

"Towards the end of my employment, they were moving away from ATG/Java based technologies"

"They moved solely to .NET for eCommerce development, should've had more balance between .NET and J2EE based technologies"
