"It is a challenging time. The world is changing and this is a good and a challenging for me. I love my job and the fact that I am able to explore and experiment in different area but I hate fact that companies are not being flexible and understand the new market place, social media and the new way of conducting business."

"Love being creative and even winning awards for the pharmaceutical industry for the past 10 yrs. I truly believe I was an asset."

"Just be yourself. Hopefully the market will get better there."
What don't you like about working at D&R Lathian?
"I liked everything except all the layoffs due to a company acquisition. Sad to see so much talent leave."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Management should have focused on the strengths and success of what we offered for the past 10 years. Not try to change it change it drastically. We lost a lot of accounts that way."

"My co workers were supportive and great team players. Management, unfortunately, held very limited views on career advancement, training, pay, and technical resources."

"I would recommend that an interviewer ask questions about career advancement, and tech resources for the job."
What don't you like about working at Bernard Hodes Group?
"I was less than impressed with my supervisor's management style. He did not handle project management very well."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"I would suggest investing in new technology for graphic design and web development. Also take stock in agile project management."
