"I haven't worked for them since 1996. I freelanced with them until 2005. They went out of business in 2008."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"I would think you'd need a psychic to do much now. They are no more; finito. Hit the trail some time ago. Saw the former owner six months ago and he said it had been sold off. He was smiling."
What don't you like about working at The Ad Group?
"There is nothing not to like, especially since I don't work with them."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Their management, or management in general I would say, generally, that the health and personality of any agency can be ascertained by the demeanor of the front secretary. If they are happy, chances are the rest of the organization is the same. Ditto."
What do you like about working at Del Laboratories?
"The personnel were very good, still good friend with most today."
What don't you like about working at Del Laboratories?
"The direction it went, when it was sold to Coty."

"Pay more attention to you staff"

"Opportunity to use a diversity of my skill sets. I'm given a good level of autonomy. Exciting projects."

"Compensation doesn't quite match the level and amount of work done."

"The people. They were extremely intelligent and fun to work with. I had a lot of responsibility and appreciated my manager's belief in my abilities."

"yes, I would ask their opinion on opportunities for career advancement. HR may respond one way, but the department you are applying to may give you a different response."
What don't you like about working at Bristol-Myers Squibb?
"There were a lot of late nights and 3 am press checks that could have been avoided with more communication and cooperation from senior management."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"It's too late now, but I wished they wouldn't have sold off the consumer products, nutritional, and medical device divisions. Diversity was key in keeping the company in the top five pharmaceutical companies category."
