"Don't do it!! Ask around, I am not alone! It is the single worst professional experience I have ever had. The attrition rate must top 80% within the first two years. I wouldn't tell somebody to work at Samsung unless the only other choice was holding up a mini-mart and prison time."

What don't you like about working at Samsung?

"There are terrible cultural problems with the Koreans, no support at all, pathetic technical support, idiotic expectations based on their brand ego, a shockingly bad vision, awful HR, no marketing, and the list goes on and on. If you're a woman, don't even think about it."

"The place is like the movie 'Gung-Ho' from the 1980s, minus the happy 'let's come together' ending."
