"At the time of my employment senior management was not in tune with growth markets and opportunities."

"They did not micromanage. It was a very relaxed atmosphere."

"It was a small company. It was near the end of my time there when we were merged with Honeywell. The issue was that there was almost no way to advance."

"I worked there during a time when jobs were being cut almost weekly and you were never sure if you were going to be there next week."

"French owned, most of the key decisions were made overseas with little input from US"

"Open your minds to new ways of business"
What do you like about working at ABB Construction?
"When I was working for the company, there was an interesting mix of very old school thinking and present day hand-on attitudes that permeated the company's vision and values. Both sides had good and not so good approaches to solving a problem and interestingly both sides were generally right. I learned not to dismiss an old way of thinking just because it was not in vogue anymore, and also not to jump on the wagon of the new technologies just because they seem cool."

"If you are an electrical engineer, you will feel that you have reached the pinnacle of the industry."

"I experinnced a time when the corporation was going through a tumultuouse period, and CEO's did not last a full year."

"It's been too long since I left the company."

"Entry into working in a compliance software sales environment. Customers were of significant size: T-Mobile, Chevron, Kaiser, etc."

"I believe this to be a growth area as more organizations may become accountable for their actions in terms of governance."

"They don't exist anymore. Frankly, they were acquired by a competitor who has now been acquired by EMC."

"At that time, I would have more responsive to pricing and functional changes requests."
