"Don't overwork your employees. Have better benefits."

"The work condition, benefits and the people are generally nice."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"You're will be at the mercy of your boss. If he likes you you will be OK. If it doesn't work out you won't have the support. At the end, you will lose the battle. Everyone has their own personal experience. I am not the first one that had the issue."

What don't you like about working at General Atomics?

"The politics somehow hurt me. I am innocent but got framed."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"They should understand my dilemma now it looks bad on my resume."
