"I love that I am helping out people and making an impact in their lives. I love the fact that I am giving back to the community at every chance I get. What I am not always fond of is the late nights that occur when I need my rest the most. At the time it does not always seem like a great thing, but afterwards I remember that this was the reason I applied to be a Resident Assistant in the first place, to help people no matter what."
"I love being helpful to students in my community. I almost see this role more as an an extra curricular activity than a job, because I have so much fun on some days! There are rough times every now and then, when the work piles up and I feel overwhelmed by too many people needing my assistance. But for the most part, this is a very fulfilling job for a college student."
"It was a lot of young students griping about adult problems that they should have been more than capable of handling. However, I will admit that any opportunity I got to help people who really needed me was always enjoyed and was the aspect of the job that I really enjoyed."
