"I loved it."
What do you like about working at Emeritus Senior Living?
"I love my residents. I love helping people. My residents are fun to work with and take care of, if it weren't for them, I don't know what I would do. Also, I'm just lucky to have a job right now in this economy."
What don't you like about working at Emeritus Senior Living?
"I can't move up. We have one marketing director and she will most likely be there for a while and with a degree I feel like I should be doing something else."

"The residents were always happy to see me. It was a fun environment to work."

"The interviweing process went smoothly, just be yourself and smile, show a desire to help"

"It was hard to cross train in different positions, there wasn't much growth opportunity."

"It was term-based."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Management was great. They listened when any RA had an issue. The only we received was free room/board and free textbooks, which are great perks but for the work amount I believe the RA's should receive some other type of perk."
