"Get to know the people there. They are all willing to share and talk with you."
What don't you like about working at NASA?
"JPL NASA is very big (the size of Disneyland) so walking around took awhile. I didn't get paid much as an intern."

"Set up more programs for students to learn. JPL NASA has a lot of great internships and I would recommend more."

"advancement. There have been many who advance because the company is afraid they will lose them if they don't advance them. More than once I was passed over even though I was very qualified for a less"

"if you pass over people for promotions because there is someone who is upset, you might lose someone who could have made you more successful in the end."

"there is no document in yhis department. I wrote some document but a new person have to complete all of that."

"I am alone and there is no challenge. I like working with groups and learn more"

"nothing because the job is not too much and just they need a person for maintenance"

"Team fit is more important than technical know how for most placements. Know your stuff, but be a nice person. Be prepared."

"Often feedback is lost. Spend a lot of time struggling against poor communication and cowboy-coding. Short-sited and non-long-term thinking in system design and code."

"I burned out during one very large project that had very slow staff ramp up, but the project itself started pretty quickly."
