What do you like about working at PSL North America?
"I enjoy industrial manufacturing and found the work fulfilling and challenging. Working with a startup like PSLNA, afforded me the opportunity to learn and develop a broad range of new skills."
What don't you like about working at PSL North America?
"The communication between the CEO, CFO, Sales and Operations was infrequent and strained. This division lead to reduced confidence within the organization and decreased productivity."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"The company would benefit tremendously from open communication and a clearly defined vision."
What do you like about working at Nokia?
"Nokia is (or was) a wonderful company. Tremendous global recognition. Our tools touched tens of thousands of developers in over 120 countries. Our team was very proud of our product and worked very hard to improve the developer experience."

"Wait until they start growing in smartphone (Win 8) and Asian markets."
What don't you like about working at Nokia?
"In the end, Nokia exited the Symbian business and sold us to Accenture."

"Nokia has much larger problems right now, we were just a side effect."

"Interesting because we are creating something that has never been done before, plush I respect the people I work for and the they respect me."

"You are in on the ground floor of something great...get stock options."

"The only problem I have is that I have to work out of my house 9 months of the year."

"All suggestions have been made, and if the do not take them they make sure I understand the issues, so none."

"The atmosphere is casual. Any time you want to visit customers is OK."

"Unless you already have a huge rolodex of companies who you know you can sell to, I suggest looking elsewhere."

"There are employees there who will throw you under the bus any time it is advantageous to them. My products were left off the website for 1.5 years by the same person who threw me under the bus several times."

"None. The manager is a good man and knows the business well but does not know how to provide the resources to attract new business."

"Set your boundaries going in - they will adhere and make sure you get direct deposit - getting paid is miserable!"

"That I was blindsided with my contract ending. Other Product Managers were very unhappy for some reason."

"Don't expect people to guess what you want, frame your needs. Make meetings productive by always providing an agenda and following up with key action items."
