"I was in charge of HHice Cream, a vitamin fortified soft serve, initially designed to help fortify those who had trouble chewing and swallowing. It also was a great way to entice little kids, who were afraid of being in the hospital, to eat something. I mean, who could resist frozen soft serve, right? I loved going to trade shows and being amongst the most popular place to be on the show floor. I also got to eat all of the soft serve I could ever want!"
