"I love mechanical design and manufacturing. Especially working on firearms. The weak side will be too much time sitting in the office if most part of the job is only designing."

"Use better financial resources and plannning. Hire more employes. Purchase tools rather than designing new ones."

"I like helping people use the products and the the many chances I've had to branch into other areas has been the greatest benefit. Working here gave me a sense of value and belonging and a very enjoyable experience."

"I do have to maintain some odd hours since I help people around the world by email and phone, but it is also manageable."

"Try to implement the end user feedback more readily, especially the input offered on the technical surveys."
