"Does not harbor a very creative environment and slow to make business decisions. Little integration and collaboration between business units and like minded people."

"Gather more feedback from the ones 'in the trenches' and look for employee buy-in on ideas. Lots of creative talent in the building that is going under-utilized."

"Bone up on MLM models and understand the importance of a distributor's needs."

"Many of the departments, especially IT, have built up communication firewalls and there's a sense of the old boys club so there's a fair amount of bureaucracy in inter-department relations."

"Some departments have become set in their old ways and aren't keen on incorporating new ideas or processes that they find threatening to their (job) security."

"Be Prepared to be technically challenged. Entrepreneurial spirit is what the company needs."

"The country is facing a financial crisis and we can't coop with that."

"We tried to increase the capital by bringing more investors (partners). but the state which the country is in....it looks not promising.We should create exterior channels to get more investments from."

"Good co-workers, environment with many fringe benefits (cafeteria, gym, free printing, employee groups, etc.), largely self-managed."

"It's a casual environment. Be yourself. Be cautious of any products that are split between teams in different offices. Own your product, or be prepared to fight to keep it."
What don't you like about working at Hewlett-Packard?
"Work on the most high-profile products gets shipped overseas, high bureaucracy, frequently changing corporate direction, many early/late days due to collaborations with overseas offices."

"Settle on a strategy. Don't push all resources into the new, hot item, only to abandon it when it's not an immediate success."
