"You need to show you are smart, likable, and passionate. If they don't see those three things, they aren't interested."

"It is very political and tough to get things done due to red tape."

"Think smaller in execution, and understand employee contributions instead of storytelling."

"I work with a group of amazing people. There are fantastic growth opportunities."

"The product is great and the companies the accounts are with, but be wary of your job description, training received and how many bosses you will have."

"the compensation, lack of direction and training from management, disorganization overall of upper management."
