"It's an environment where a communications professional like myself has a seat at the leadership table. I also appreciated the opportunity to create an entire crisis/incident response plan for dealing with security issues with our software."

"Understand that it's a challenging environment on several fronts - a mature start-up with growing pains; the cultural differences with the predominenatelly Russian ownership/leadership; and the influence of outsiders who have only worked at one or two other firms."
