"I loved my job! I wa sable to change peoples lives for the better everyday, build long term relationships with individuals as well as offices and educate people that were eager to learn."

"Again, I did love my actual job. Fortunately, since I have left, the company has begun to make job related equipment better accessable."

What don't you like about working at Pacific Pulmonary Services?

"I did not have an office near Louisville, the closest was in Lexington. I worked out of my vehicle 24/7 and was responsible for 7+ counties, on call 24/7."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"My only request was for storage facility and access to printer/copier. Neither were provided."

"Only work here if you absolutely have to for the money! They have several companies MedMart is one of them."

"They wanted me to lie to the clients, and they lied to them and to the insurance system."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"To have better management training and experience. Several managers were well educated in prestigous colleges, but had no people skills. Managers must have people skills, not just book learning."

"Good Luck. I didn't get much support and the weak links in this company are many. In my view they want the cracker jack team on a penny budget. They didn't have enough of a presence in the market or support staff, trucks. Slow to pick up expired contracts makes you look bad to patient and doctors that you try to serve."

"In my opinion the support to get my job done was not there"

"Give the sales people the support that they need in the field. Whether it hardware or enough support staff to achieve the goal and fulfill promises that sales makes."

"When production was going well, they split territory & left me less than half of my accounts & still expected the same level of production. Also they started decreasing what they were paying for bonus/commissions"

"INCREASE what you pay, & reward production. Give more accounts to a successful rep, dont take them away"
