"Large group of people who can't get out of their own way. Management team immature, inexperienced and incompetent. Constant change without giving anything a chance to work - change for the sake of change"

"Nothing really...I really enjoyed working there but Chicago was not for me"

What suggestions do you have for management?

"They were on the right course when I left in March 2008...they had the right IT execs running the show. Unfortunately the economy has torpedoed travel in general so Orbitz has to fight through this time."
