"Be sure to do research on the industry and understand the work load and what's expected. This job can be rewarding but not easy. You must love sales at the highest level and not be afraid to work, communicate and sell to C level. Extremely important."

"I enjoy working with Technology and Software and selling to Corporate America and C level. I love the challenge."

"Pay Better and work on the support system so that better customer service will drive sales and not sales driving customer sales."

"This company offered a technical solution from a reputable manufacturer and world leader."

"A great company for learning to sell things but not for offering business solutions or consulting."

"This company concentrated on speeds and feeds of equipment instead of providing a business ROI for the client. They wanted to be cheaper than everyone else instead of fixing something."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Decide which business they wanted to be in. They had a solution that required Software expertise but gave little attention to this growing demand."

"There is nothing to note about working here in a positive way"

"It is not a place to make a career at this time. The acquisition by Canon is still not complete and would need to be so for this to be a place with a future."

"I feel there is no future for my career with this company."

"Too much of our current situation is in flux, there is no direction for our role in the company. It has been this way for over 2 years."

"I loved the people I worked with. It required constant adaptation to the clients were provided services to throughout the US."

What don't you like about working at Océ?

"Nothing, I loved both my fellow employees and clients."

What do you like about working at Océ?

"I was given a fair amount of control to turn around a failing and money losing enterprise. The division lost close to 1 million dollars the year before I took over and the last month there we made money. We had great products and software to sell."

"Be straightforward, bring your A game and ask questions. Develop a business plan for your second or 3rd interview."

What don't you like about working at Océ?

"Having decisions made from people back east for my Alaska Marketplace in terms of pay structures. They really had no clue as to the cost of lliving in Alaska and the challenges during the winter months."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"The management could listen a bit more to the field for developing marketing plans. What works in New York may not work in Fairbanks, Alaska, for example."

"The equipment is enjoyable to work on and the co workers are great"

"Its a good company and like most has room for inprovement"

"To just keep trying to get the job done and take care of customers"

"our location we moved to a new are that is not very nice."

"The could treat the new employees with greater respect, have more trust"

"professionalism of people I work with and the environment or workplace."

"Be proactive, flexible and focus in professionalism of future employees."

"No many opportunities for advancement and no incentives programs for employes."

"Implement more tranining classes and more monthly seminar for employees."

"Nice facilities. Benefits are OK, but not as good under Canon. I have some freedom to do my work the way I want."

"I would not recommend Oce as a place to work. At least not until the Canon buyout is fully completed."

What don't you like about working at Océ?

"You have to constantly follow up on your projects or nothing gets done. Too many incompetent people and bureaucrats. Canon buyout has everyone on edge. Layoffs are imminent. Stale corporate culture in some sections means hitting a brick wall. I am desperately trying to leave."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"I would get rid of the deadwood bureaucrats that make working at a place that should be awesome a place I can't wait to leave."

"somewhat previous freedom to sale. Until drastic changes at the end."

"Bevery careful of sweat talk n promises. These are very well experienced trick artist that have taking over. Soon they will return to their roots much too late."

What don't you like about working at Océ?

"over the years it gradually got worst even though I was growing. The branch poorly grew into drastic rules and management. NO FREEDOM TO SALE."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"open your eyes, adjust your brain. Treating your employees like crap is your last bad move. Go back to the 70's or the last place you that that worked"
