"The experience of working with an OEM since I was always a supplier."

"No. It didn't work for me but it might for others. I would work there again, just not in that department."
What don't you like about working at Ford Motor?
"The constant meetings and indecisiveness. It took too long for things to get done."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Have better training for new employees. A manual or documentation is better than a mentor."

"Dirty, smelly, noisy, cramped, apart from that, pretty good."

"Dishonest managers."

"Senior management: Follow through. Put your money where your mouth is.Middle management: Forget about heaven. You're going to the other place."
